New steerer tube installation
Measured once, cut twice? No problem, we can install a new steerer tube!
Creaky Crown Stanchion (CSA) Repair
Have an annoying mystery creak in the front of your bike? There’s a good chance it’s from the interface between your crown and stanchion, or crown and steerer, or a combination of all 3. We press it apart, clean out the fretting and reassemble it with a loctite press fit retaining compound that virtually eliminates creaks now and in years to come.
Bushing Replacement
Fork lowers feel a little loose? We can replace fork lowers bushings on common fork models.
Superior lubricants
Alberta has a tough climate, and your suspension was not designed with our temperature extremes in mind. We have Damper oils and semi bath oils that are more consistent over a wide temperature range, and more slippery than factory oils.
CSU / Crown Alignment
Find the optimal hub width for the most friction free performance! You would be surprised what a 0.5mm difference can make!
Custom Seal Kits
We find the weak link in your suspension with upgraded seals over factory (where applicable), to make your suspension more reliable and consistent. We source custom seals for hard to find applications from around the world and are also able to get seals custom-made.
Vacuum Bleeding
The best damper performance comes from a Vacuum bleed, Getting out almost 100% of the air from the damper gives a better, more consistent performance.

After service grease ring
Factory assembly usually uses dry seals to prevent the visible oil ring on the stanchion and possible warranty complaints. But, dry wipers are a source of friction that you can feel!
So, Evolution Suspension believes wipers should have a thin layer of grease applied during a service.
Sometimes after our service you may see a small grease ring as the seal regulates how much grease will be maintained in the sealing lip. This is 100% normal. Wipe it off and after 1 to 2 rides it will stop.

Best thing you can do between services is keep your fork and shock seals and stanchions clean. We recommend a soft microfiber towel.
Fork Service
A) Basic 50 hour service: $60 plus parts
-Remove, clean and inspect lowers, bushings and stanchions
-New wipers and foam rings
-Upgraded semi bath oil
-Bench test for creaky CSU
B) Basic 50 hour service Plus air spring service: $100.00 plus parts
-Basic service PLUS
-Remove, clean and inspect Air Spring, seals and sealing surfaces.
-Fresh Air Spring lubricant
C) Complete service standard spec: $162 plus parts
-Basic service including Air Spring PLUS the following
-Record all settings
-Remove, clean, disassemble and inspect damper
-Inspect damper shims for cracks or damage
-Replace dynamic air and damper seals as well as associated seals
-Vacuum or hand bleed damper, depending on model
-Motorex Racing Fork Oil damper oil upgrade
-Check fit of fork bushings for the ultimate fork performance. If tight bushings are found, Evolution will resize bushings for minimum friction and maximum performance! Extra Fee
-All adjusters and detents will be cleaned
-Required parts will be ultrasonically cleaned
-All settings and pressure will be returned to customer settings
D) Evolution Premier Service package: $185 plus parts
-Complete service PLUS the following
-Full seal change, complete 100% tear down, cleaning and inspection above and beyond factory service manual and factory seal kits.
*Not usually needed on most suspension 2-4 years old or newer.

-Test Damper functions and adjustments on hand dyno
-New air sleeve kit and lubricants
-Equalize positive and negative air chambers
-Return customer settings and pressure shock to original pressure
-Leak test shock
B) Complete service standard spec: $155-168 plus parts
-Basic 50 hour, PLUS
-Record all settings
-Disassemble clean and inspect damper parts and shims
-Inspect damper shims for cracks or damage
-Replace dynamic damper seals and associated seals
-Vacuum or hand bleed damper, depending on model
-Motorex or Redline full synthetic damper oil upgrade
-All adjusters and detents cleaned
-Required parts will be ultrasonically cleaned
-Nitrogen charge IFP where specified
C) Evolution Premier Service package: $182.00 plus parts
-Complete service, PLUS
-Full seal change, complete 100% tear down, cleaning and inspection above and beyond factory service manual and factory seal kits.
